Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TeGanamos mobile app (“TeGanamos”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TeGanamos for your own non-commercial score-keeping. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or the app store's terms.

2. In-app purchases

TeGanamos offers an optional one-time purchase to remove ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Refunds, where available, are handled by the respective store, not by us.

3. Your content

Content you create in the app (team names, player names, scores, recordings) stays on your device. You are responsible for that content and confirm you have the right to enter any names or record any audio you add.

4. Advertising

Unless you purchase the ad-removal upgrade, the app displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Your use of ads is also governed by Google's terms and our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores or records will be preserved.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
